Sustainability Promotion Framework

"The Board of Directors is the Company's highest management decision-making body and supervises the execution of business operations. The management meeting is the decision-making and communicating body for business execution, and may take up sustainability-related issues in the execution of business operations, which are then brought to the Board of Directors for discussion or reporting.
There is a Compliance Committee and a Company-wide Environmental Committee for individual sustainability topics, which regularly report to and receive instructions from the Board of Directors twice a year.
In May 2025, we established the Sustainability Committee, which is chaired by the Representative Director and President and consists of Operating Officers, Audit & Supervisory Board Members, Outside Directors and Outside Audit & Supervisory Board Members to utilize their knowledge as outside experts."
